Southern Interior Business Development Loan Partnership
Southern Interior Development Initiative Trust (SIDIT) through a partnership with Community Futures (CF) has created the Southern Interior Business Development Loan Partnership.
Key Facts:
- Loans designed to support business expansion, retention and start ups in the Southern Interior region.
- Single Application - loan applications under the program are made directly to the local CF office.
- SIDIT will provide up to 50% of the loan proceeds with the balance from the CFs for loans up to $1 million.
- CFs will provide the due diligence and loan administration.
